"We loved our 7-night stay at Hilltop vacation rental! We had the economy room with a view of the ocean and it was very cool to wake up to the sun rising. The room was clean, there was a shower and bathroom and all of the necessary essentials for our stay—coffee maker, small fridge, etc…The parking was a bit tight, but our rental Jeep fit into the parking spots! It was a quiet and peaceful stay. Would definitely recommend! "

" It was my first time staying at the property. The shared bathroom and shared kitchen was concern at first, but I got used to after the first night. On the first night, there was another guest sleeping on the couch in the shared living room. That MF snored like a loud dying pig. The walls are not that thick and I could hear him from my room. "Beautiful location, large unit. No AC, but it wasnt uncomfortable at night. The init wasnt as nicely decorated as other places but that worked for us since we were traveling with our one year old daughter. The grounds were gorgeous though! "

"Generally, we enjoyed the property. The place had everything we needed except for some cleanliness issues. One of the pillow covers had a makeup stain on it (didn’t use it). A sheet in one of the bedrooms also had a brown stain. There was a dead spider and a dead ant on the pillow area of two bedrooms. We weren’t sure if the beddings were fully washed before we checked in. You have most cookingware in the kitchen with beach towels available (thank you!) for use. However, not that many towels...

"This is a great place to stay! Walking distance to the beach! Beautiful View from the bedroom and lanai! Comfortable bed! Everything that you could need for cooking, snorkeling, and just enjoying your stay without having to drive anywhere if you don't want to! I would definitely stay here again!"

"I loved the location of this vacation home. Updates from the photos as far as the kitchen is that the fridge is bigger and outside on the porch along with the induction cooktop. The grill was in great working condition. I really enjoyed cooking and eating outside on the porch. The view is spectacular. Jim was an amazing host and took the time to walk me around. I will be booking with Jim and Kim again."
