Hotel is located in industrial type area 15 minutes from the airport but was quiet, just nothing around it to see. Was clean, good staff.

Remote control stopped working we called cs h and the guy that came two our room was asked to replace the batteries in the remote control. He did not speak English or French. He unplugged everything and we were left with nonworking TV in our room not fun.

The Jangle offered the perfect one night stay before our departure from CDG airport, by no means is this a hotel you would stay at to explore Paris city, but rather a middle-man place to stay before or after flying via CDG — 24 hour reception, great staff, and comfortable rooms, as well their complimentary shuttle to the CDG terminal to catch our flight that runs ever 30mins non-stop throughout the day is an excellent amenity. Thank you Jangle, I will definitely be using them in the future to accommodate a very early or very late flight.

The location is very far from Paris which added 3 hours to my daily commute, if u want to explore Paris then it is better to get a hotel in downtown.

1.5 hrs away from Paris! TV didnt work and the pillows were worn out. The hotel was overall very clean and amenities well maintained. No bar in room, but one can purchase snacks from the reception , wish they had made that clear so i didnt had to drink tap water.

The facility itself was very nice however, bait and switch on the price quoted, advertised pool/hot tub not even on the property. No hot water on the 4th floor. Restaurant was overpriced. Good shuttle service to/from airport.

The hotel has airport service; but we had a hard time to look for the pick up location. Breakfast had a variety of choice and was good. The hotel has modern decoration and looks new; especially it has such a beautiful garden.

They’re not very patient when speaking to English speaking guests. A pool is advertised to be attached to the hotel, but it’s a good 6 min walk. Once getting to the pool, the staff there didn’t allow a member of our party to swim because he was wearing swim trunks and not a speedo, prompting us to leave. The AC was broken in the room and no one came to service it after being told it would be. The food was mediocre. The bathroom door that held the shower didn’t close and the glass surrounding the shower was see through for the whole room to see guests getting undressed. I wouldn’t highly recommend staying here.

Van was 1hr 10 min wait for pickup. Dropped us at wrong terminal for drop off. 25 minute walk with bags. Staff completely unapologetic. Rooms mediocre. Food trays left in hallways all day. Pathetic.Will never stay there again

The place was clean, the shuttle helpful but the staff at the desk and in the restaurant seemed completely disorganized. The restaurant was busy and understaffed and I had the worst club sandwich ever.

The location is a little bit far from the airport (Terminal 2) and the shuttle bus service only available until 23:00. The room is clean but a bit small. Breakfast was simple but tasted fresh and good.

The property was fine for what we needed it for. We stayed 1 night and flew out the next day. However, the rooms were not very clean. Mattress and bed frame dirty, crumbs left on counter by TV. Staff were not very kind, we went to the bar to ask a question and the lady working at the bar sarcastically/very rudely corrected us for not saying “bonjour” instead of hello (which was more an accident, we had been trying to speak French there but it is not always habit) - having worked in the service industry I would never do this to someone and just don’t understand the attitude toward patrons. We chose this hotel for the pool that was shown in pictures, however the pool is not on site and is actually a public pool. I would not recommend staying here for more than a night or two. It works but it’s not anywhere near good or above average. Breakfast buffet was good. Transport to and from airport was good, however some people who booked with reception for transport to airport had issues and did not get to go at their specific time slot making them have to get a taxi from the hotel.
