"I had a 2 night booking in a Junior Suite but when I arrived I was given a Deluxe room instead. In the morning I spoke with reception, a very nice guy who checked everything and admitted that they were in error for the booking. "The property was very good to stay at. The pool was nice and relaxing. The restaurant had good menu planning. The staff were always smiling and courteous. The room was nice and kept clean everyday that I was there. The reception staff were professional and accommodating. A miscellaneous deposit of 500k wasn’t a problem. Transportation wasn’t a problem getting to the hotel from the airport. Also plenty of grab or gojek drivers around to take you anywhere. The location is near the beach. There’s also a wide variety of shops and dining options around the hotel. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it for future travellers. "
