Meadow view offers a master bedroom and bath on the first floor. The home can accommodate 4 people. However, there is an additional fee added for over 2 guests of $90.00 per stay. The attached baths provide oversized showers and room to move around. The kitchen on the main floor is equiped to prepare almost anything. The great room has a dramatic window wall with a panoramic view on a quiet country lane with hills and trees. The drive to the town of Lexington is an easy 12 minutes. Meadowview was built in 2012 and has everything you need for a weekend or extended stay.

The listing was spot on with what the property looked like and claimed to be. It was clean and cozy, absolutely peaceful and quiet. Not far from the small town of Lexington and was just what we needed! We will definitely be back now that we know what to expect from the area.

Dark skies and very quiet
I was in the area to visit friends. It was very quiet and the night skies were lovely - I accidentally timed this visit during a meteor shower and got excellent views from the porch. Nice kitchen with all the necessary equipment, and comfortable furnishings in the rooms.

Have stayed at this beautiful cabin multiple times and enjoyed every time. Deer, red headed woodpecker, and blue birds joined the cattle in the adjacent meadow this time. Perfect for visiting Rockbridge county and Lexington

A Bit of Heaven in the Meadow!
Stunning property in a quiet secluded location. House had all ammenities you could ask for and the view of the meadow was so calming. We saw beautiful deer each morning and each evening. We only wished we would have booked this place a few day longer. If we ever get back to this area, we'd stay again for sure!!!

They've thought of Everything!
Our family stayed at Meadowview for the week of graduation festivities at W&L. Meadowview was located near enough to town, but definitely in a very quiet setting. The cow pasture across the road was charming, lots of birds and a great porch/deck to have coffee on each day. The owners have thought of all the little things: bathroom essentials, kitchen supplies, plenty of cookware and utensils...and also have each light fixture labeled to take the guesswork out of each switch! We enjoyed our stay and recommend this home to anyone visiting the Lexington area. local colleges or just for a relaxing get away. PS...this home is extremely clean and well cared for!

My husband and I enjoyed this property for location, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable furnishings. There were 2 things that we wished were better. The hot water for showers was inconsistent. Sometimes we would have it and sometimes not. Also we discovered right away that we could not get cell service for phone calls and texts. We had to drive back toward Lexington to get any reception. Since my husband was trying to work on this trip, it made it inconvenient for him. I have the property 4 stars for these 2 reasons.

Beautiful views of a pasture with cows and calves. Convenient access to Virginia Horse Center, under 15 minute drive. We saw deer, fox, raccoon … Great stay!

The cabin is in a quiet secluded area about a 15 min drive south of Lexington. The property was very cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The host responded quickly to messages. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Well done! Beautiful and clean cabin surrounded by farmland. Loved the property and owner was terrific. Will definitely do again. Some spotty cell coverage but good Wi-Fi. Not an issue because the escape to nature was desired.

Beautiful Retreat
This was a beautiful property. The manager was attentive to our needs. If you need to escape this is it. We could not make a phone call from the cabin, but could text and the upstairs is a loft not a second bedroom if that matters. I would highly recommend!!!
