It's a really good little guest house location and car park wise, clean inside. I have used it a number of times. However, on my last occasion, I had a room on the ground floor and up until 2:30am there was loud banging and lots of noise and even the smell of smoking inside coming into my room. A real shame... although I have read other reviews that had similar bad experience on the ground floor.

The property is very clean and very well maintained. All of the staff I interacted with were courteous, friendly and accommodating. I had no issues. The homes around the property are not the nicest and the property looks out of place in the neighborhood but it was safe and I had no issues. This was my 2nd time staying here.

The staff at the imperial guest house were terrific and very accommodating to my very early flight. Location is optimal for traveling into the city & airport. Rooms were very clean and up to date, water was provided each day for convenience. Would stay again :)

Around the property is a dirty area, looks very unsafe my we did not walked them after 6:30pm, property is ok great staff service excellent, walk 1 walk and you can find many dining options and public transportation approximately 30min from LHR airport Property does have parking Very small place rooms are small but perfect for the price

It was perfect for my stay as I travelled through London. The staff were lovely people, the rooms were well kept and updated, and the instructions were clear. Highly recommend for a single person visiting London. Oh, and the location is also fantastic. Just a few blocks from the tube and busses.

This place is located in a very sketchy and run down area. At night there is loud music blasting and the windows don’t shut so you’re forced to listen while sleeping. Music was blasting till 4am.
