Frankly, speaking, the property seem to nickel and dime me for every little thing also never did get the PIP treatment that Expedia said that I would be getting there. Finally there the hotel is in is in the middle of nowhere so not anyway you can walk to anything at all.

We only stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay. We arrived late so we ordered dinner from the bar, and it was good (although a little expensive). Breakfast buffet was also good. We wouldn’t mind staying there again.

The Leonardo Heathrow suited our needs for this visit. The beds were comfortable for 2 tall people with mobility issues. The bathroom is desperately in need of more towel bars, which would be easy enough to install with the amount of vacant wall space. Service in the food & beverage area was very good, but the food needs a serious upgrade. It reads well on the menu, but not of the best quality when brought to the table. We had the steak & frites and were hugely disappointed with the steak which was paper thin and obviously over cooked. Proximity to the airport terminal was a benefit with our very early check in for our departure.
