Our stay was 10/10 incredible! We enjoyed the atmosphere, a few steps away from the beach! The view from our room was amazing! Upon arrival everyone was so nice and welcoming. Nicole was an absolute gem! She really made me feel comfortable and was quick to respond to any questions I had via text message which made everything so convenient. I really liked and took advantage of the washers and dryers on site just a few steps from our room. This property has character and history and really felt like home to us. A true sample of excellent hospitality! Thanks again Nicole & Vurpillat , we will return in the near future!

Theirs a hole inside the building it’s missing stucco and insulation, theirs no AC in the room and no internet shower is very small and has a really big shower head that does not allow you to take a comfy shower , we were placed by the Ally people were doing drug deals saw it two times , bed is horrible the springs are coming out. Inside the room their is a big drywall hole next to the bed

The building needs some work and the room lacked a few things (towel racks, paper towels and tissue). Location 5 star! Nicole and Jay are amazing hosts! Would stay again!

Literally 1 step to the beach- this isn’t a fancy hotel- but it’s everything you need for a few days at the beach. Check in and check out were easier than with any hotel chain- the room was comfortable and has a great view - great restaurants within walking distance - it was exactly what we needed!

Was a nice, refreshing and unique place to stay. Right on the beach with easy access to many activities. It’s an old building so it is a bit loud, but it didn’t bother us.

First the good. The location is amazing, right on the beach. Jay and Nicole are so helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean and walkable to the peir and restaurants and pubs. The not so good. I didnt realize that the building has tenants that live there and it is very noisy. I booked a medium studio and while adequate it is very tiny. It has one double bed so a mattress on the floor was provided for my son. It has a small kitchen which was great. Our room backed up on the alley and there was a disturbance that moved into the building. A man was screaming curses and walking throughout the building banging on walls and doors at 3:30 in the morning. Very scary. Also, not a big deal for me, but there is no on site parking. You will be provided a parking pass to park at the metered parking on street. Again I loved the location and the owners but would not return.

Location great. Jay was very nice. Room was quaint. Property on beach. Medium room stated as ocean view. This was very disappointing as there was not a water view. We looked out onto back street. Misleading advertisement.
