Located on the Costa Azul coast line of San Jose del Cabo, this 1 bedroom 5th floor corner unit has unobstructed views of the 3 most famous surf breaks in Los Cabos from its over sized terrace. Mykonos boasts 3 swimming pools and 2 Jacuzzis, one of which sits practically on the beach. We even have a fully equipped gym and tennis court. This condo has free high speed internet, 2 flat screen satellite televisions, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Two large terraces, BBQ, and lounge chairs. This is a great condo for a couple or small family to spend their vacation.

Anniversary Interlude
The condo was a perfect place to celebrate our marriage anniversary. We are frequent Cabo visitors and had also stayed at Mykonos with other family members so the resort was known to us. It literally is right on the beach and, unlike many resorts, it is swimmable. The bonus space was perfect for sunbathing without tan lines!!! There was a problem with the a/c on our arrival, but a phone call brought repair people. We chose to shop for groceries and have lunch, so by the time we returned, they were just finishing up. We would return in a heartbeat.

Loved the property as a whole, two pools, hot tub, right on the ocean. Condo had a great ocean view with 3 balconies. VERY clean but furniture is a bit tired. Some maintenance needs to be done too, living room light didn't work. Grill didn't work and we never did get Sat. TV

Beautiful property
Mynokos is a beautiful property. The grounds and pool area are absolutely stunning. They have a great gym which was very well maintained and very clean. The whole property was spotlessly clean. As for our condo, it had great views of the ocean and property, but was in need of an overhaul. New furniture and paint would do wonders. This is why I only gave 4 stars. Would stay again if condo updated.

Views are amazing. Property is right on the beach with gated parking. The unit however needs some TLC. All the chairs for the outside table are broken, ceiling fan in living room not working properly, lamp in bedroom doesn't work. The young man that brought us the toiletries was very nice.

The property needed some attention, no laundry soap or trash bags. Furniture needs replacing, missing screens on sliding doors. We had some heavy rains and water came into the unit from under the glass doors. The pool area was nice and the property well kept. Lots of highway noise!

Ocean views for days…love the Greek inspired resort in Mexico
Our first impression as we walked into this property was wow! The pros: The ocean view from the three large sliding glass doors was picture perfect. Condo boasted 3 terraces with amazing waterfront views. Huge bbq space complete with Weber grill was nice. Comfy bed and pillows. Washer/dryer always a plus. Well appointed kitchen. Three large pools/hot tub. Walking distance to beautiful beaches and ocean. Gated community with security at check in. Convenient parking spot. Not a lot of road noise. A few cons: Sofa was old and worn. Light/ fan control in bedroom did not work despite battery replacement. Broken chain in bedroom shade made it tough to raise and lower. Hurricane Hilary rain/ strong winds caused a lot of water seepage through sliding glass doors into living room. Spent a lot of time mopping and keeping floor dry despite shutters being closed. Cluttered boxes noted on top of bedroom closet. Shower door does not close completely. Towel bar in shower was loose. Shower tiles could be cleaner. Toilet seat is worn out and not very clean in appearance. Had issues with ants in kitchen upon arrival. The condo management team was helpful with getting ant repellent for us to use though it came two days later. They were responsive to my emails in an acceptable time. Gym was nice except no air conditioning especially when temperatures hit the high 90 degrees. Overall a great VRBO! Would recommend and stay again if some of the changes to unit are considered.

The gated check in and security at the facility was seamless. The property is beautiful and well kept. The biggest draw back was ants. Ants were constantly in the kitchen and bathroom of our unit. Even when things weren’t left out. It was a bit much. The pool are nice and clean with easy beach access. To get to any restaurants or night life you must Uber. Since you’re located on the highway there are little to no walkable places. It was very quiet and peaceful here the entire time. No loud parties, which was nice.

Great stay!
Overall a great stay! If you’ve never been to Cabo, this might be a little bit removed from where all the food and shopping And you will need an Uber or to rent a car to get around. But for us it was perfect. We enjoyed the quietness and watching the sunrise every morning. The walk to the beach is very easy. The use of the two pools was amazing as well. we used the hot tub once and it seem to be very similar heat to pools. Which was fine with us because the weather was pretty warm. Minor, and I mean VERY minor things to know are the sliding glass makes some noise and the shower door doesn’t fully close other tiny things related to wear and tear but are easily overlooked, considering the location of this property, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Booking was very easy and the post was extremely accommodating and allowing us a late check out because our flight was later in the day a huge thank you! Oh awesome experience especially if you surf!

Snowbird winter!
San Jose del Cabo is always great but the addition of this unit made our stay even better. The unit was clean and well equipped. Best view for the sun rise and sunset. Afternoon sunning on the side patio was a welcome addition. I must admit the traffic noise is annoying but it is what it is and it fades into the background after a couple days. The bed was comfortable and cable/satellite tv was a bonus. Nice memories made here. I’d definitely stay here again on a return to Cabo. Thank you!

fabulous and relaxing on a surf beach
What a great location with beach bars only a walk away for meals and entertainment this location was fantastic. The condo building was relaxing with multiple pools depending on your mood. The hot tubs are actually hot and there is even a fire pit to enjoy the evenings. lounge chairs were plentiful on the grounds. The unit itself was very impressive with multiple decks it is a bright corner unit which was brighter than the interior units. you can watch the sunrise and set from the two decks. The kitchen has all the utensils, pots, pans and glassware you'll need including a toaster, blender and a dishwasher. The couch could be replaced as well as the shower head but hey small things for such a fantastic place. The BBQ was a nice touch too. I would not hesitate to return to this specific unit in this condo complex. Best surf watching and location to the action on the beach. Other guests preferred this particular unit after seeing ours over theirs in this complex.

We loved our stay at Mykonos Bay Resort! We would definitely stay again but not in unit 503B unless improvements are made! I asked for up to date interior photos several times prior to our stay, but I understand now why they weren't sent. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The pools are gorgeous and the beach even better! Walking distance to restaurants (Zippers/Sardina Cantina) and convenience stores. Only 20min from the airport. We used TransCabo for affordable round-trip transportation. The kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. However, be aware of the ANTS. They are everywhere and get into everything. Pest control or ant baits are definitely needed. The living room has a swivel TV with cable. The furniture is the worn down and uncomfortable, the worst we have ever seen on vacation. The sofa, spools, and table belong in the trash! The ceiling fan was very dusty. The bathroom has a rainfall shower head and the shower is huge! The light fixtures was covered in dust. The bedroom is a nice size with a king bed, plenty of storage and extra blankets. The patio screen was torn and the ceiling fan was dusty. The unit has 3 patios and plentiful outdoor seating. The views are remarkable which is the main reason we stayed. We used a house Call service for Covid testing and it was $45 US with PRMEDICA Inc.

Mesmerizing views of the waves
This unit has great views of the Costa Azul in San Jose del Cabo. We used the gym which was well set up, too. Pools are nice. And ocean is a couple hundred feet away. Lots of fun watching the many surfers. Biggest negative was the power washing of the poolside areas which was super loud during daytime for much of our stay. Other than that, recommend this place!

Mykonos is our favorite place to stay in SJC. This condo was perfect. Had the most beautiful views out every window. Loved being able to check the surf from the kitchen. Comfortable bed, sheets and even a Blendtec blender! Hope to come back next summer!

The views are amazing and I loved the large balcony. The interior of the condo is grubby; furniture is beat, sliding screens torn and broken, tile on the shower floor was slimy, absolutely NO extras of anything. Cleaning job was half-ass. The place needs some TLC and more attentive housekeeping. But then again, you get what you pay for.

Mykonos resort has done a great job with the common grounds! The security guards are kind and helpful. The moment you walk in this 5th floor corner condo, your jaw drops with the beauty of the Pacific leaping right thru the large patio windows. Since it's a corner unit, there's a sun deck with patio furniture and gas grille in addition to the back patio that spans the width of the bedroom and living room. From the sun deck, there's always a front-row view of the surfers out by the rock breaks and the back patio opens to the pool courtyard....but the ocean is still in view beyond the pool! From large, comfortable chaises, to high-end Kohler fixtures, the condo owner has spared no expense with finishes. The two pools are beautiful, with a swim-up bar (that's closed during Covid); but it has a charcoal pit that's still available. Wal-Mart, Costco, and several large supermarkets are nearby, so i don't know why anyone would waste their time on one of those all-inclusive places with low-quality buffets and watered-down drinks. We'll definitely seek out this place again upon returning!

Gorgeous views...reactive property manager
This unit is as pictured ! Awesome decks , lovely grounds and pool . Unfortunately elevator was being replaced and we did not know in advance that we would have to use the stairs only during our stay. PM offered to move us but couldn’t leave the view and just dealt with it.
