Beautiful property! Helpful and accommodating staff! Rooms are a little dated and lack a mini fridge or desk, but seriously the view totally makes up for that. We will definitely come back :)

The view and scenery was so beautiful and the set up is great the only thing we didn't like were the bed pillows they were to full of foam uncomfortable for both of us but other people may like them I truly loved this place wish we could've stayed longer

Definitely NOT a $150-ish a night value. Restaurant had opened just a few days earlier. Service levels did not match food pricing. Food was very good. Staff is friendly but not customer service oriented. Perhaps more training??

We had a relaxing stay at Peaks of Otter. We walked the lake, took the shuttle almost to the top of Sharp Top Mountain and then hiked the rest of the way up, sat by the lake in the evenings by the fire pit, read on our balcony which over looked the lake, and ate in the dining room for most meals. The staff were very attentive and accommodating, answered all our questions and were always willing to help. Room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

For more than $200 per night, I'd expect more towels in addition to two bath towels and one small hand towel. There were no toilette items, lotions etc. The view from balcony was excellent!
