Location of this hotel is great. The carpet is gross. The water temperature is less than desireable. The pool is only open june to sept which is also not something that is advertised. The staff os helpful, the rooftop bar is barsic at best.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Decent WiFi. Comfortable room with fine shower and bath. The hotel is very well located with lots of tourist attractions, restaurants, Metro stations etc within walking distance.

This hotel is located in the heart of Madrid. If you want convenience this is the place to be. The hotel is not the ritz so be prepared for an experience that is communal—the walls are paper thin. The staff is dear and quite helpful, at the front desk or at the breakfast.

the property is in a fantastic location, I only have 2 issues, one is the air condition in the room, you can only change calling reception, it was a hazel and the room was very warm. The other is the breakfast, average to poor. not many options and they will not do eggs depending on your preference. For the prize, 30.00 euros is way too expensive.
