Cheap Hotels in Malolo Island from $79

"Spent our first family overseas holiday at Sheraton Fiji Denarau. It was absolutely fantastic! The staff are incredible - so friendly, welcoming and they were great with our daughter. We loved the chilled out vibes and it was brilliant for families - we felt like we were home! It’s a short drive from Nadi airport. There is a reasonably priced shop on-site (a few shops for different goods, but talking specifically about a convenience store for odd items like milk, it’s open late which is great). Cocktails are great and pretty well priced ($25FJD). Food was amazing at Tatavu - we went on our final night for a special dinner and had wonderful singing from the staff. Food was great at the buffet each night too and for breakfast. We mainly skipped lunches and filled our boots at brekky and dinner. Pools are great too - can see how it would get hectic if at capacity but we went in May and it was fairly quiet for half our trip (though it did get a bit busier towards the end of our stay). Not so much for swimming room/floating room but for seats around the pool. The location is so good. We went for a wander to the other resorts close by and we definitely preferred the feel of the Sheraton. It feels more elegant, spacious and “hidden” away from it all. Our daughter loved the Bula Bus too! Bula vanaka Sheraton staff, you are amazing and we’ll definitely be back! "

"A very nice hotel in a great spot for the airport, it is literally just across the street. The airport shuttle was useful but we could have walked it was so close by. The room was comfortable and had what we needed for our 1 night stay. The pool area was nice, the food in the restaurant was fairly good, probably about average for hotel food. We would stay here again if in Fiji"

"The best stay at Treasure Island! The staff are very friendly and adhesions to all needs. The island is perfect for friends, families and couples. Water sports was available all day, you could use the paddle boards, kayaks, catamaran and there is also snorkelling available at all times without extra cost. Breakfast was lovely, night time meal options were good and drinks also. We really enjoyed our time on the island and could have easily stayed for up to a week as our 2 nights and 3 days was not long enough! Liz was great taking us snorkelling for the first time and very attentive and helpful. Transport to and from the island was made easy by the resort. Couldn’t fault our stay at all. "

"The Funky Fish was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist guests. The photos online do not capture the beauty of the place—it’s even better in person. For its price, the Funky Fish is well worth the value, without a doubt. However, getting from the resort to other islands or activities can be somewhat challenging and expensive. The island itself offers limited activities, and the cost of boat transportation can accumulate quickly, each boat trip costing at least $50 FJD. It's something to keep in mind for budgeting purposes. For vegetarians, dining options can be a bit of a challenge. The kitchen staff does their best to accommodate dietary needs, but options are rather limited. The food is generally good, but vegetarians might find the options difficult. Despite these considerations, I would definitely return to the Funky Fish for another visit. Its an incredible place to stay! "
