The whole resort is great for children. They have mini kids club and entertainment to keep them engaged. They also have separate pool area with slides for them. This kept my two boys happy. Food had such great choices every day. Plus they got pool snack bar if you feel hungry inbetween lunch and dinner. No need to leave resort. They have everything you need.

The hotel amenities like pools and slides for the kids our outstanding but the inside hotel like rooms and bathrooms and hallways was horrible. The food verity was enormous but the quality was not as good. The people who clean the rooms only supply the refrigerator and give you supplies like towels and shampoos. They do NOT clean the floors or the toilet at all. You have to ask them to sweep the floor and clean the bathroom and they might do it, The spa and Turkish bath and Massage was a joke do not waste your money on it. Their standards for this service is pretty low. Overall I would not stay here again and will go to a different hotel.

It was family’s trip. We stayed 2 nights. Despite of 5 star graded hotel as of resort, I was not able to feel as if it is at all. The room was dusty so that I could not agree they did it every day/every check-in & out. All-inclusive concept was their aim but just for your food. They hesitated to provide sufficiency including Mini-bar and the other things. We couldn’t have over than 2 options for meal, which was only one place we could get to have so that most of people should be one place to have a meal. It was quite bad to feel because it seemed like kinda dormitory like school cafeteria. And when we requested something at bar, they looked unhappy as like they didn’t want to provide them. There was not a water boiler at room because some guests had stolen it, as following the staffs’ saying. It was limited to provide mini bar such as 2 coke, 2 water and 2 beer. I don’t think I have another chance to get here.

The respection personal needs to be more proffisional and friendly, the rooms are good and clean. The food is ok, really big variety but needs to be more hot, sometimes it was cold. The best in this hotel is the animmation team and programm specially the KIDS CLUB. REALLY VERY FRIENDLY AND EXCELLENT KIDS CLUN FACILITIES AND CARE WITH PERSONALL AND FRIENDLY ATTITUDE.

Only 40 minutes away from airport Very good food and pastry Big and vet clean swimming pools Beutiful and big private beach I had a Beutiful design traditional room Lot of activities Night shows are really amazing Negative The room cleaning is stings and worst ever seen You feel your self locked and tight the hotel is in the middle of no were and the taxi charged are very high Even they offer a free shuttle to town once every Thursday but still not enough The don't provide with a pressing iron in your room so you will obliged to use they laundry with the high charges even though they know that all clients are families with kids with a minimum stay ofof a week 10 days The restaurant even great foods but most of times plates and glades are smelling The major problem of this resort is the cleaning. .

Nice hotel, great beach!
We had a fab time at Lykia World! Staff in general were lovely, although reception staff should be more welcoming and should not be afraid to ask people to wait in a queue. Often they looked uncomfortable as clients were often rude to them. Waiters and bar staff helpful too. Very clean hotel. The spa facilities were amazing, would highly recommend. Staff and owner all very friendly could not do enough for you.

Plenty of Facilities. Pools excellent especially for the kids. Very much a family resort. Food ok but gets a bit samey after a while. Hotel starting to get a bit tired but if you are prepared to overlook the very minor faults you will definitely have a good time.

Pleasant trip. Hotel reasonable. My 7 year old daughter loved the kids club which had lots of pleasant staff who planned lots of activities for the kids. Rooms were cleaned pretty well. There was always food and drinks! My main negatives was that not too many people spoke English including staff and guests. Also not too many child friendly food options ( no nuggets, pizza,burgers,hotdog sect) so my daughter pretty much wouldn't eat!

We could tell from the look of the hotel it was once a grand, beautiful place. However in order to maximise profit they have let the most important standards slip; no air con in the main areas of the hotel is 35 degree heat, rotting decking around the pool areas, buffet food never changes, no control of unruly guests, no towels for the pool on 2 days of 7, no water in our minibar so we were VERY thirsty, none of the staff spoke any English and whilst not their fault made it difficult to communicate 'cheese allergy'. In fact; we ate at the hotel 'restaurants' two nights; the first was in the Turkish restaurant at $15 charge...the next night was 'Turkish night' in the buffet with all the same food!! Another night at the Italian restaurant - my partner is allergic to cheese, I told the staff this, the starter and mains had cheese on, I complained, sent it back, got the same again. The meat I had was so tough I couldn't cut it and he couldn't eat his. On our check out I explained this and said I was happy to pay for the Turkish one but not the Italian - the response I had was unvelievably rude. The women at reception tried to help at first but English was limited; so called over a male colleague. He wouldn't address me (as a woman) until I asked him to - and then argued with me and highlighted I was going to miss my flight so had no choice but to pay. It was possibly the worst customer service experience I've had. I felt deflated and cross; an awful end to a disappointing holiday

Hammam suit and villa- very comfortable for 2 families. Breakfast - very monotonous. Lunch and dinner- more or less various but the hotel is overloaded, difficult to find free table, queues to food and even coffee, not speaking about ice cream. The territory of the hotel and overall look of the rooms is good, even excellent. Huge long beach. Staff is very nice but not always helpful. Unfortunately we could not find any warm pools, all were rather cold specially for kids.

Toppen resa!
Underbart i alla avseenden. Åkte med familj, barnen 4 och 5 år. De hade hur kul som helst det fanns roliga rutschkanor (pooler ej uppvärmda) och på stranden fanns en lekplats så de kunde bada på stranden och sen leka där också. Underbar sandstrand och havet var perfekt temperatur och vi hade ca 30 grader varje dag. Jättebra årstid att åka. Fanns även dans på kvällen efter middag som barnen uppskattade mycket. En Dag dansade de på stora scenen vilket barnen tyckte var jätteroligt. Fanns även barnpassning om man vill lämna barnen på det. Mat fanns hela tiden och allt var hur bra som helst nya maträtter hela tiden i restaurangen. Rummet var stort med 2 enkelsängar + 2 barnsängar och man kunde gå ut från balkongen direkt till poolområdet/ restaurangen/stranden så man slapp gå igenom korridorer,hissar osv. En dag åkte vi till Land of Legends shoppingområde som var jättefint, rekommenderas. Kostade taxi via hotellet 80Euro inkl att de väntade på oss 5h där. Det tog ca 30 min dit. Om man vill ta taxi tur och retur från flygplatsen fanns det också. Skriv på whatsapp till tel 0090 5447729999. Han var trevlig och hjälpsam. Skönt att hotellet låg ca 40 min från flygplatsen också ej för långt bort. Vi rekommenderar hotellet!

Ottimo hotel all inclusive camere spaziose e confortevoli. Ottimi anche i servizi esterni sia per bambini che per gli adulti. Da migliorare il sistema di occupazione dei lettini bordo piscina, che non esiste, chi arriva prima lascia l'asciugamano. Per la cucina bisogna adattarsi al menù prevalentemente asiatico d'altronde siamo in Turchia. Un particolare plauso alla organizzazione dell' hotel che pur essendo molto affollato è gestito molto bene con numerosi inservienti. Consiglio: Sveglia presto per prenotare i lettini bordo piscina.

+Satisfait de l'hôtel ,calme et confortable tres belle sur mer,le terrain de golf est une bonne idee pour les balades en fin de journées;personnel a l'écoute,nourriture riche et variée. - l'hôtel a besoin d'une grande rénovation, un peu vieillissant surtout le spa! -Equipe d'animation pas très motivé ! Pas beaucoup d'animations le soir.
