5/5 Excellent
"We stayed 4 nights. Staff was very friendly and the service was eexcellent. They don't work for tips but if you give it, it will be good for their service. Buffet has various foods and it was delicious. I enjoyed lot of foods. They have lots of events at the property. Plenty of bars, resturent, swimming pools. As property is very huge, they provide shuttle service. If you like to walk you have plenty of areas. Nature friendly property. Drinks are really tasty. You must drink magarita with tequila. I highly recommend this property. "

"The resort was absolutely beautiful! I have provided Pros and Cons from our experience.
Pros
Food was amazing. There was a great variety of food to choose from and you only had to make reservations to 3 of the restaurants. They had an ice cream shop that the kids loved.
Service was great! Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
Pools are absolutely beautiful, and next to beach. I love that they had something for everyone! Also the bars at the pool areas were great and very attentive.
The foam pool party was a favorite!
Rooms- Loved how spacious the rooms were and how they stocked our minifridge daily! Also loved that there was a fan over the beds for extra ventilation. The patio/terrace were a plus as well.
Cons
Check in was way too long and the lobby area was hot which seemed to make a lot of people frustrated. I would recommend adding ventilation to this area and getting more people to assist with check to make it a smooth experience.
Drinks were good but they were very much watered down. Micheladas were great!
Location was great being next to the beach but there was way too much seaweed which is something the hotel can't really do anything about even though they tried with having a tractor out each morning. Also, I was under the impression that this was Cancun, but apparently it's Rivera Maya. That's my fault for not doing my homework. Cancun beaches were beautiful and Isla Mujeres evern more. Be prepared to pay $50-$100 each way, to take a taxi to "downtown".

"Everything was great except when you check in, they will offer you A few free services but the representative there did not tell us that we have a presentation for 90 minutes the next day to have a day pass for free. Would be more professional if they let their guest know about the 90 minutes presentation before. "

"My first time at an all-inclusive and the staff at this resort made it a super enjoyable experience! The food is great and I love that there are no reservations needed (with the exception of the teppanyaki experience, which was super quick and easy to book). Staff is very attentive and kind. Drinks were amazing as well! Highly recommend getting a swim out room for extra luxury and comfort."
