Beautiful gardens, deep soaking hot springs water tub in room was excellent. Spa and Wine Tasting wasn't available mid week during our stay. Buffet breakfast was excellent in beautiful breakfast room. All of the public areas are quality and beautifully done.

I would have given this resort five stars except for the fact that my door didn't seal and there were bugs that would get into my room. Now, I understand we're in an organic garden and the grounds are beautiful and we don't want to destroy that with insecticide. However, given that the door to my cottage didn't seal, I had lots of visitors. There was a mud dauber in my room that I could not get rid of and the maintenance man came and very kindly escorted it out of my room for me. I pointed out to him that my door didn't seal and nothing was done about it. I woke with the remnants of a spider stuck to the side of my face which was very unpleasant. I did tell the front desk about this and they laughed. They said "sorry about that, It is an organic garden after all". I do understand that but I also feel like I should have the right to sleep without creepy crawlies in my bed and have my concerns heard and addressed. Aside from that, the grounds were beautiful. It was peaceful. The massage was amazing. In spite of everything I would still go back. I would just double check the door seal before I accepted the room.

Lovely property, very well kept. The bathtubs in the rooms are lovely, with smelly but pleasant mineral water. The showers however, are a bit old, as is some other metal in the bathrooms. The stream is very weak, with only four spews of water. It is still the same mineral water though, which is pleasant. The breakfast is typically a form of scrambled eggs with either sausage or bacon, there is usually a yogurt parfait station, with fresh berries, and there is always oatmeal, toast, and scones. Lovely food. One other note, is that the rooms only have one tiny trash can, so if you plan on getting take-out food, or have any significant rubbish, you may want an extra bin or plastic bag with you. Lovely experience overall! Lovely staff, lovely grounds, relaxing atmosphere!

This is a real gem. A tranquil oasis after a long day on the road. Absolutely charming lodgings surrounded by lovely gardens, as well as a koi pond, hot tub and pool fed by mineral springs. There's even a fire pit and a wine garden. When we arrived we relaxed in the tea room with complimentary treats: a choice of teas, scones ( the best) and butter cookies and strawberries. I really appreciated the thoughtful amenities in the room as well. There is a large soaker tub to enjoy the mineral baths in the privacy of your own room. I really hope I can come back and stay longer next time. A spa is part of the property and looks very inviting. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful, elegant property, with many lovely outdoor and indoor spaces. Our “Patio Bungalow “ was like a sweet little apartment, with a small living room, kitchenette area, a good sized bathroom and a comfortable bedroom with a king size bed. The large jetted tub near the living room, provided mineral water for soaking. The water was so rich in minerals, particularly sulfur (our noses told us!) so the room did have an aroma of that sulfur water, as did the water in the bathroom and kitchen sink. So if you’ve never been to a hot springs, this odor could put you off. I should mention that the full hot breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the afternoon tea time. It is very conveniently located not far from downtown. I recommend this resort, especially for those who like mineral water and its health benefits.

Beautiful property is always clean. The staff is friendly every time I have stayed here. I have stayed at this property multiple times and it’s consistent every time. The bed is comfortable the pillows are comfortable. There is no smell in or out of the property. I highly recommend staying here.

Always a great time staying here. The staff is very friendly and attentive to all your needs. The rooms are clean and quiet.
