"The staff specially Sukh was were kind and caring. She took good care of breakfast and made sure everything was available to all guests. I had issues with expedia during check-in process as hotel said there were insufficient funds for booking rooms - while expedia had already confirmed me the booking. This took almost 1hr to process/check-in. Other than that the rooms were upstairs and we had to carry all luggage up the stairs as there was no lift or trolley."
