Our stay was very pleasant. A compact, clean, modern room which was fine for 2 people. The inclusive buffet breakfast was an added bonus. It is also nice and close to Spencer Street Station and Marvel Stadium, and easy walking distance to CBD shops.

We recently spent four days in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, we came in a bit early than the check in time but the receptionist was able to find us a room that was available so we can start resting. Room was clean and spacious, rightly located in the city center that is easily accessible to any restaurant, transportation, and tourist spots. Two blocks away from Sky Bus station. I will definitely stay again in this property If I get the chance.

Room was nice, good view, rooms much too hot though, tried to turn air con on but wouldn’t work, hung my sign on the door for the housekeeping, they didn’t do much, all rubbish was left in there, ordered the 24 hr menu, my toasted sandwich was soggy and not toasted at all, plus the fish fingers and chips were very terrible, not too bad if your looking for a one night stay.

The hotel was okay what you would from a Holiday Inn. Was fairly clean. But the service was a bit lacking. You need to go down to reception to get simple items also the reception is a bar and there is limited staff. What was really shocking was the fact that they did not provide slippers. Overall, this place was ok for a few days for an event but not anything more. The location is okay as well.

Hotel housekeeping is terribly lousy. The room is always not clean properly. No complimentary water in room, basic toiletries such as toothbrush have to go to reception to get. It is not worth staying.
