Excellent location for the property, good service and amenities. The room does need a serious touch up in lighting. It was very dim with all the lights on and the window was facing the adjacent building so you didn’t get much light from there either. Shower floor was dirty with stains and marks. The front door doesn’t close fully by itself and you have to remember to pull it hard to lock it. The keycard access on our door was also pulled off/tampered with on one of the nights which made us worried about the security of our room. The freezer also made this loud, breathing sound that LITERALLY sounds like someone is standing in the room. Very difficult to sleep at night with it..

What a fantastic (quick) stay! The location was great, and a nice walk to Spencer St Outlet. Close to a tram stop, plenty of available Ubers and lots of options nearby for food and drinks. Most importantly, the staff were amazing! The staff had been so helpful and kind before we had even made it to Melbourne and then everyone we saw at the front reception desk were lovely from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you! :)
