"At check-in, the front desk clerk called before I arrived. Asked for a guest of the room, rather than who the room was booked under. When I clarified who I was, she asked where I was, rather than how was I. Igave her my eta and she then proceed to tell me that the would cancel my reservation if I did not show. I understand there are rules and policies, that are to be followed but does rudeness accompany them as well? Upon arrival my reservation was a total of 3 rooms. I was given only two...

"Disappointed with the surprised $25 valet only parking fee, with the only option for free parking at the parking lot across a very busy street on the 5th floor. Other than that, everything was very good. Clean accommodations and very friendly and helpful staff."

"Everything was very nice and clean staff was very helpful and professional. I believe they went beyond expectations to help assist with anything very efficiently. I didn't like the fact the wifi kept going out and the prices of the internet. I also didn't like the hallways were very hot like the ac was broken. I didn't like the fact there was no oven like the others extended stays. The bed was very uncomfortable. "
