"Paula was very kind and personable, all the staff were excellent, and they addressed our needs promptly. Something to keep in mind, I think locals book rooms at the hotel to get access to the swimming pool, so don't set your hopes too high for getting the pool to yourself on a weekend"

"I have been staying at this property for years and it was becoming run down and in dis repair, but new owners bought it and are completely renovating the place. i couldnt be happier w my stay. so affordable great staff no riff raff, and that is huge in todays hotels!. they are still painting the halls and a few other things but the my room was pristine. i even went down and raved to the girl at the desk how happy i was. if you have stayed here before and are scared of what it was, give it a shot you will not be disappointed"

"My stay was great. Hotel is in the middle of many dining options and shopping. The restaurant and bar in the hotel was very convenient. Bar tender Kathy was awesome ! Coffee station in the morning by the elevators was perfect !!! Overall a great stay! "
