Enjoy first class fishing on one of Port Canaveral’s charter boats or feel free to bring your own, there is a boat launch at Kelly Park -5 min drive. One hour to Daytona Speedway.

Perfect Stay
We went on a cruise that left from Port Canaveral but wanted to spend a couple days in the area before the cruise, which is why we needed a place to stay. This location was perfect. It was close to the Port but also close to local things to do as well. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house was just what we needed.

Best rental on merritt island
I already wrote you a couple of times about how great the house is and the cleunliness, and where it was located. With all perfect for our visit to Cape to navril period my only complaint was the lack of lighting in the bedrooms to be able to read. And no microwave light so the kitchen was a little dark. But other than that, the place was perfecthe pillows, the bedding and the mattresses couldn't be beat.

Lovely stay
This place was such a welcome stay after going on a cruise that went all wrong. The location is quite convenient, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and my teenagers still had the freedom to be reasonable teenagers 😁. We felt safe and the property had everything we were told it would have. We look forward to staying here again

Cant beat the Location
The stay was great with plenty of parking available. The house was clean and everything worked great. The location is great, you are down the road from a Wal-Mart or Publix. Nearby restaurants as well. You can head East to go the Beaches or West to go to Cocoa for some great bars & food. Both directions are about the same time for driving or Uber. Overall, very pleasant stay.

I must admit that the house was perfect to stay in during the time there. The beach was so close, Orlando was not too far. The neighborhood also seemed peaceful. The way to access the house was not difficult at all, it’s almost like I never left home.

Perfectly Quaint
Cute and clean home. We stayed to visit with a friend and then go on a cruise. Just wonderful. Only disturbance we had was waking up Monday, to what I thought was a domestic disturbance. Lol. It was the elementary school behind the property. All is good; no children were hurt in this incident.

Weekend getaway
The house was as neat and clean. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for all of us. Location was good about 10 -15 minutes to Cocoa Beach / Ron Jon area. I would recommend darker shades in all the bedrooms.

Great spot to view rocket launches
Nice area, clean house. We saw 3 rocket launches from the yard. We had issues with the power going out. The owner was responsive. Took 3 calls to power company to resolve. The enclosed Florida room has windows, no screens. The windows are difficult to open making the room uncomfortable for us to enjoy. There were a number of additional maintenance issues that need to be resolved.

A great stay!
Everything was as expected in this house, and even a little better! Lovely bottle of wine was left for us as well as many coffee pods for the machine. Our host was very gracious in allowing us to get in earlier than our check in time as our flight came in quite early, and we had nowhere to be. We would definitely stay again!

Great Place
We stayed here 3 days for a family wedding with 2 of our adult children and spouses. It was perfect for us. The house was clean and well maintained, in a nice neighborhood. We would certainly stay again. Check in and out was very easy. It is easy to find, and for us was convenient to stores and restaurants. If you are looking for 3 br / 2 ba, you can’t go wrong here.
