This property has an intimate feel. Everyone on the staff was there to make my stay perfect. And they did. Days before I arrived I ask for special help finding a product. It took much looking and time but the manager found it. This is indeed extraordinary service. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is in walking distance to Chapultepec Park, to shopping and to great restaurants. I plan to stay there again soon.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Mexico City. It is in a really safe and convenient location to walk to restaurants and bars, parks, and shopping as well as business hotels. Lots of character in the rooms and the overall hotel and they treat you like family with very attentive and friendly service at all times.
