The check in process was horrible. Was promised an early check in by the vip concierge days prior to my arrival only to come and check in after 4pm. This was a suite that was expensive and staff was rude

Great location at the top of the Ocean Drive strip, hotel, amenities, and the guaranteed beach chairs were amazing and they take being pet friendly to another level! Stayed over Memorial Day weekend and will definitely be back again soon! 10/10!

We stayed 2 nights here over Memorial Day weekend and we found the Hotel nice and the staff very attentive, friendly and accommodating. Beach front location was perfect. The food was just ok. My reservation was made through Expedia for a Skyline View room. Upon arrival they offered us an upgrade to the St. Moritz with full ocean view and we paid for it but to our surprise, there is no balcony in this tower. After our disappointment, Sam one of the hotel managers took care of the mistake in a very professional way since the front lobby staff did not explain the room description properly. However, at the end of our stay we felt totally cheated and robbed by Loews Hotel with the excessive amount of extra daily resort fees charged in addition to the initial cost without any explanation when booking (average of $200 daily). Expedia was only detailing a $100 resort fee on the website. With the exaggerated daily resort and parking fees the final bill was twice what we anticipated. We have stayed at many luxurious resorts worldwide and we have never experienced anything like this. The pool was really overrun by kids. They are everywhere and it’s impossible to relax around. There is limited amount of chairs at the pool, they have every single chair packed in like sardines. There is no space room between you and your stranger neighbors. You are literally sitting on top of each other, in everyone else’s conversations. They should have a separate pool area just for kids.

Absolutely beautiful and pristine property. We will definitely be coming back! Love the pool area and it's right next to the beach! Many cute restaurants within walking distance.

Pool and beach access were perfect! Fine dining close by. Spa day was nice as well. Loved the balcony with ocean view, such a great room! Staff was great. Such a wonderful visit :)
