Visit Miami Springs to admire a style of architecture known as Pueblo Revival, to visit one of the largest casinos in the country or to enjoy the golfing opportunities.Miami Springs was one of the first planned communities in the state of Florida. It was created to reflect a style of architecture known as Pueblo Revival. The style draws its inspiration from Spanish Colonial and Indian Pueblo buildings and often features stuccoed walls painted in earthy tones.See one of the best examples of the Pueblo Revival style at Curtiss Mansion, considered by many to be the city’s most significant landmark. Take a private tour through the mansion and learn about the former home of Miami Spring’s founder, Glenn Curtiss. You can also wander through the surrounding garden, with lush tropical plants, green lawns and ponds. You’ll find more historical sights off Curtiss Parkway, the city’s main thoroughfare. Among the attractions is the Marine Corps Memorial, dedicated to former U.S. Marine Corps Captain Roy S. Geiger. At Circle Park, visit the Miami Springs Historical Society museum to learn about the aviation history of the region. Architecture and history buffs should try to time their Miami Springs visit with the historical society’s annual bus tour of significant homes, churches and bridges built during the 1920s and 1930s. Check the society’s website for tour details. Also along Curtiss Parkway is the beautiful Miami Springs Golf and Country Club. This public course hosted the Miami Open between 1925 and 1955.Miami Spring’s family-orientated spirit is reflected in its recreational spaces, such as Prince Field, home to three picnic pavilions and a children’s playground. The city also has a number of casinos, including Foxwood Resort Casino, one of the largest resort casinos in North America.Getting around is easy on foot as Miami Spring’s main attractions are close to each other. Alternatively, a free shuttle bus makes stops at attractions around the city. The service runs on weekdays.

Breakfast menu needs upgrade. Example more fruits, nuts cereal and pastry options. Additional bath items like shampoos, soap and lotion would be great.
