"My mom and I stayed here while we were in town visiting a friend. The hotel is an older building, but for the price, the facility delivered! The room was clean and updated and the person at the desk had a smile on his face and was very personable and accomodating when I had questions. The only thing that this property has going against it is that it is situated off the main road in Crestview and sometimes you can hear heavy traffic noises at night. "The staff was so nice this is an older motel and rooms are very small but they are comfortable and room for two is what you have . There’s no door to the bathroom which is weird no privacy there but it is clean and quiet. They don’t have an ice machine or snack machines nor a pool just rooms. So if your alone traveling for a night in that area it’s worth a hot shower and clean place to stay!"

"The Regency Inn was reasonably priced for a Holiday Weekend. They also had availability when no one else in the area did. The Inn is a tad dated, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. Which is all we needed. The pool area was not what we had hoped, but we didn't book the room for the pool. I wouldn't object to staying there again if the need arose."

"Arrived at property and noticed there weren’t many vehicles, but people hanging out in parking lot — pool was the color of swamp water and looked similar to the swamps in Louisiana — the person working desk walked us to our room and before we walked through hallway doorway to where the guest rooms are, it smelled terrible— when the room was shown to us, it was “creepy”— one bed had a quilt on it, did not match other bed and looked as if someone was living in the room and had decorated (tried to)...
