"Taking into consideration all of the issues below, we did enjoy our stay. Very well laid out house with so much room you could go the whole week and not see each other. Great location with quick beach access. With that said, there were some issues with the house: 1. Bugs: we found numerous bugs (some very large) around the house, including in the kids bunk beds. 2. Both dishwashers are very difficult to use. One was leaking and both had bottom racks that fell every single time you pulled them...

"The house was spacious with a walking distance to a private beach. It’s nice to have a private beach since the public beach nearby was packed during the day. The weather wasn’t nice when we stayed but having a big pool saved the trip. All the kids and adults loved the pool. I loved the fact that the management was just a text away. They responded very quickly and tried to accommodate us as best as they could. Definitely recommend this beautiful house!"

"The property was perfect. We were a bigger group of 16 and had more than enough room. Not to mention multiple king suites all with their own bathroom. Everyone felt like they had their own space under one roof. The location was fabulous. The street and surrounding area felt very safe, we walked almost everywhere. AND even better the beach was literally a block away with its own private entrance so we avoided the busy public beach area and crowd on the beaches and in the water. I can't say enough...

"We absolutely loved staying in this house...the set up was perfect for our large group of 14. Go out the back gate for a short walk to the beach. Beautiful view of the beach from the 4th floor balcony. There is a lot of construction going on around the house, be prepared to -hear hammering at 7-7:30 in the morning. Our only frustrations last week were with the rental company taking care of issues in the house, not the house itself. We had no outside trash cans for 3+ days after multiple calls...

Just a few hiccups with furniture, faucets handles, extra fridge leaking water, upstairs tv reception not working, and pool table missing chalk and ball rack. But that didn’t stop us from enjoying our Thanksgiving there. We had a Great time because the minor inadequacies didn’t stop our fun.
