"The one thing that wasn't perfect was the check-in. Rooms wasnt ready till 4:30pm. Might no be a big deal but thats cutting into my time. Other that that it was great. Our cleaning lady/service lady on the 9th floor I believe her name is Carmen made the difference in our stay. Great person very attentive super helpful and friendly 👍 👏 "
