"We chose the location because the transport links and walkable distance to places we needed to visit. However, our room window was toward a noisy street and it was pretty loud all night. It’s very clean and cosy, but the lighting in the rooms is really only suitable if you want to just sleep there, if you need to work a bit there is no adequate lighting and only one power socket by the desk. It’s a perfect hotel for holiday stay, but not perfect so for work trips. "

There are laundry facilities with broken machines, inoperative vending machines and a surly and unpleasant part-time reception staff who diminished the quality of this stay. "Unfortunately we were plagued by creatures, it could have been the weather or the fact that the builder who was banging a lot had disturbed them. The apartment needed updating. there was no ventilation in the separate toilet, no smoke alarm or extinguisher, tv did not work, overgrown garden with rotten decking,full bins and a dirty bbq. We found the area noisy at night and tight to park in. On the plus side the bed was comfy but not proper pillows. We left early and the owners gave us 2 nights...

"We enjoyed a very relaxing week as a family of four with two teenagers. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly, and the house is spacious, stylish and well maintained, with everything you need to cook and relax. The pool is large and deep at one end. It's close to the tram and the supermarket and the beach is not far away. A wonderful place to stay!"
