This is right in the heart of downtown, construction everywhere, it took us over an hour to reach the hotel when we were 850m away. Hotel itself is very well kept and rooms are spacious.

Great Location. Room was standard, nothing special. There was a lot of noise generated outside the restaurant on the ground floor and by the roof terrace bar. Seems to be a hangout for young people So that could be a bonus if you are in that age bracket. The staff was courteous but some not vey competent. It took two requests for housekeeping later in the week after we slept in the first morning. The front desk sent me a duplicate invoice for the room with increased pricing even though I paid up front with Expedia for a discount price.

Excellent hotel. Staff were amazing. Friendly and very helpful. Our room was great. Bed was comfy and room was clean. There was construction in the immediate area but as we walked around Montreal we wondered what areas were not under construction. Very close to the Metro and Old Montreal. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I should preface my "excellent" review with a caveat - this is not a 5-star hotel and it doesn't try to be. Ratings about how slow room service is miss the point- this is an economical and perfectly nice place to stay in an awesome location. The onsite restaurant was a nice place to grab a drink and a snack and the service there was great. The rooftop pool and hot tubs were fun - met a bunch of lovely people there from all over the Northeast. Aaron at the front desk was a great help and very accommodating - he let us park in the garage and check into our room a couple hours early. The hotel itself is totally serviceable. Our night was quiet - we had no issues with noise from the club. Our room, though not pristine, was comfortable and clean enough for someone who is fairly persnickety. The location can't be beat. So many great options for asian food are a two-minute walk away. Try Nouilles de Lan Zhou across the street! We saw a show at the big top in the old port, and it's easily accessible via a short (15 minute) and pleasant walk through the beautiful old city. We would absolutely stay here again.
