"Great place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Cabin is small and perfect for two people. We stayed in the Nut House. The bathroom is very clean but very small. If you are much over 6 foot or 200lbs the shower is going to be a tight fit. Not an issue but something to consider. Overall it was a great cabin to stay in. "

"The cabin was very clean with a plethora of little additions that were thoughtful -Pet crate (already set up) for our dog. We didn’t need it but the option was great -Basket of misc pet supplies, if needed -Food and water bowl for a pet already there -A lot of movies, games, and books to choose from -Large tv with directTV - The fire pit outside was a great option too. We planned to use it but we arrived later than we expected. Highly recommended"

"I read all the reviews for this cabin and it was exactly as described. Very private and quiet. My husband, myself and our dog enjoyed ourselves very much. I was a little worried about the bathroom because of some of the reviews but we had no complaints at all. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. "We went to do some hiking, the property was in a great location within an hour of all of the places we wanted to go ( Crabtree falls, Chimney Rock, Tom’s falls). Loved the Linville winery. The owners left plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc. The kitchen was well equipped. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable. Loved the game room and views from the porch!"

"This place is beautiful! The quality is impeccable. Amenities abound! Cooking utensils, grill, coffee pot, linens, wireless, all there. We enjoyed ourselves so much! The owners communicated clearly and provided excellent directions, instructions, and contact information. They also had light switches and fab switches labeled which was fantastic and so user friendly. The nest ac worked beautifully. The ONLY negative is they truly need to replace the oversized, for children only bunk beds...

"We absolutely loved our time here at the "creekside cottage"! You dont realize how close the creek is to the back porch, the sound of the water is amazing! This is a great A frame cottage in a nice private spot, and still about 10 to 15 minutes from anything you want or need to do!"

The biggest issue was the # of mosquitos - even with bug spray on they were relentless so it lessened out time outdoors. We also had difficulty finding Pilot Ridge Rd. The sign is visible from one direction but not the other."

"Overall I'm glad we picked this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice! The floor in our room was a bit squeaky, but we barely heard anything from the floor above us. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the sauna felt good. They had a heavy snow early on the day we checked in, so we were glad to have a lower level to park in!"
