The property was clean. The surrounding area was bad. Our room was flooded with the smell of weed every night coming through the vents. We had to put pillows over all the registers.i tried to book a different hotel but there is a music festival going on so no luck. The employee on duty acted like it was no big deal that our eyes were watering and had to leave the door open to air out the room during the day.

This is my second time trying to write this as Expedia crashed the first time I did. I’ll try to make it as short as I can but just to note to the readers, my partner and I are frequent travelers. To start, I had called maybe the last two hours prior to arrival. They said that If I try to check in early they will charge me an extra $60 bucks which I was taken aback as i’ve never had any other hotel charge us for wanting to check in early. We either get told okay or was told that they would text me in an hour or two as they are still preparing rooms. We roll in the vicinity about 30 minutes before check in time after being exhausted and I asked if I would still get charged for checking in early and she said no, so i went ahead and lined up. The line was started to accumulate. The front desk is tiny and there was nothing but one person to check everyone in along with answering the phone calls. Parking was horrible. Meant for only compact cars but literally everyone they checked in had nowhere else to park and pretty much had an SUV or Truck! Now, the MOMENT I had entered the room the smell emitted from the bathroom was nothing short of horrendous. I turned the faucet on and green gunk came out from the actual drain. it was DISGUSTING to say the least especially, since we’re staying at a “beach town”. I had to use my cologne and buy actual room spray. The next day, my partner went up to front desk to ask for more towels and toilet paper along with the request of room

Light fixtures and telephone did not work. I called the front desk several times for maintenance but no one came. I have pictures of the room being dirty upon check in. I couldn’t even sleep because it was dirty. Pet hair everywhere as well.

Unprofessional staff. My Flight was cancelled. Took 5 hours for someone to handle my call to cancel the first night stay. I was told that room would be available the next morning ( since I paid for two nights). Got there and was told I was a no show and the place was full. They could possibly find a room later that night for double the price. Don’t stay here!!!!

Staff was friendly. We stayed in the beach front room. Furniture is outdated but the bed was comfortable. Thankful they give you a broom as the sand gets everywhere. To be expected on a beach front room. We got asked every day if we wanted fresh towels even though the website says they only room service every three days. I do wish there was larger pans in the room to cook with and supplies for cleaning them. The hot tub is HOT. I was worried the pools would be terrible after reading reviews, however we discovered clean pools with lots of sand. No worse than the beach haha. Everyday we watched staff clean the pools trying to get the sand out. We would stay again

The place was filthy. They lied and said they offered breakfast but there was no breakfast. The floors were filthy and the curtains had black spots all over them. I am very disappointed in this hotel and would advise no one to stay there.
