First time staying at the property. Room was nice, everything we needed. Beautiful ocean front. Down side…very busy, long wait for elevators, no restaurant, no housekeeping less than 4 nights. For adults I would pick a location less geared towards kids. Not all bad though, had a very nice stay and the beach was AMAZING!

We've stayed here for years and it used to be really nice. Not a rough crowd but this will likely me the last time. I had to go buy cleaning supplies, a box fan, and a dehumidifier immediately upon checking the room. The AC unit was malfunctioning in the part of our room with a bed. The dehumidifier helped some then we placed the box fan to blow from the other room to cook the room with the bed. We tried to air out the smell of cheap stale cigarettes, urine, bad AC and old dirty carpet by leaving the balcony door open while we unpacked and cleaned but someone was smoking weed on their balcony near us and it immediately filled our room. The elevators are the slowest I've ever used. The only updates they've done to them in our 5 years staying here is that they require a key card to get them to move. So everytime you get on the elevator you have to dig out your keycard before it'll work. There's a bathroom by the indoor pool but it's the dirtiest thing I've ever seen. The security guy or parking attendant is useless. People park right in the way where you can't get through. This place is filled with people who look like they came straight from the trailer park or section 8. I'd suggest some serious updates! Replace AC units, get new carpet, and new furniture!

Love that there are so many pool options available. It is right off the beach. I had a beautiful ocean view! We had a faucet leak in our room but I called the office and maintenance was there within 10 min to fix it. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay!

The pictures I saw on Expedia did not match what we saw in person. Parking was across the street. Inconvenient with small children. Water park slide closed at 4 everyday. 2 of the 4 elevators were broken. So we waited 15 plus minutes each time we needed to use the elevators. It was just crazy.

Nice resort for family most especially. The main thing was the bad elevator access. 14 floors with 3 main & 1 extra way down the hallway. At least 1 if 4 was broken all week. Ck in & out was hell with the elevator issues. However 8 pools to spread out in and plenty of lounge chairs.

Room was so dirty we had to move rooms, public hair on the bathtub, water didn’t go down in the shower, toilet didn’t stop running. The carpet outside the doorway smelled like urine and there was garbage littering the hallway. The area around the pools were dirty, bandaids , hair ties, gum, all littered the pool area with no one cleaning. Water looked dirty also manager did move us which we were grateful for because we were going to leave. Hotel in desperate need of updating

Beautiful ocean views. Parking is across the street and a pain. Only two working elevators for many floors and people left you waiting a long time for a car with enough room. Prices at the onsite store and bar are expensive.
