It was close to lower Broadway. Wish the pool had been open. Good choice for breakfast each morning. At the appetizer/love music would be nice to have more choice for beverages.

Sorry they took cleaning to far as the room smelled of bleach and would not dissipate all day or night. No conditioner in the shower means they spent little time making sure the room was properly prepared for their guests. Door was bent so had to slam door to make it shut. Facility is old and tired and staff just seems worn out.

It was 90 degrees out but pool was not open. Disappointed. Then valet parking was more than advertised. It was $42 when I booked but they charged me $55.

It’s the best Holiday Inn I’ve ever lived in, the staff are amazingly friendly, they have a number to text, you can ask for service and help with them. The drain of the tub was clogged, I texted them and the super was sent immediately to fix it. You can store your luggage before checkin and after checkout when you enjoy the city. The breakfast is served between 6:30am and 9:30am, the place is clean and grand, the breakfast is yummy too.

Not much. The lobby was nice but the room we stayed in had dirty bathroom floor, problem with the tub drain while taking a shower. Inside the room you could hear noisy traffic outside at night and noisy construction site during the week days. No laundry detergent available. The cost of two water bottles was $17.00.
