The reason for the lower stars we have this hotel was mainly over the smell of the rooms. It smelt so bad in one more than the other that we went to the store to get plug in air fresheners and other smell good items. It only masked the smell enough to be bearable. The other thing is it was just outdated and a bit dirty. We found a glove on the floor in our room and no cooking supplies. Check-in was not smooth but it was fine. Lady didn’t seem to know exactly what to do and had to call someone. She was only nice when she found out that it was paid for already and the card went through for the pets we needed accommodation for. All listed in our info prior to arrival. I will add that o was overly nice and gracious in the matter but just the lack of respectfulness and kindness back made check-in a not so wonderful experience. Good location. Beds were pretty comfy. Had enough space.

Staff is incredibly rude, this place is absolutely disgusting so much so to the point I didn't even check in and stay as I assumed it had bed bugs and other disgusting things. I simply turned around and left.
