I have pictures of the room we stayed in. Not only was majority of the staff extremely rude. But we arrived to no bags in the room. Dirty sheets and sofa with burn marks. (I have pictures) the tub was also still stained. The outside property was beautiful and family rooms. I probably only encountered 4 kind people are whole stay. Prices for the food could be a little better but we loved and enjoyed the property and excursions offered (especially at the other towers). Coral will not be on our bucket list again but we will come back to visit Atlantis.

It is practically connected to The Royal (The best/most popular tower)...which makes The Coral a great choice for a cheaper price. Since it is connected to The Royal it's located in the center of the resort which makes everything convenient and easy to walk to. The only downside is the rooms are probably not as nice as some of the other towers...but that never bothered me as I would rather spend most of my time enjoying the resort rather than being in my room. There is nothing wrong with the rooms just not luxurious.

Overpriced. Bottle of water costs 10$. I give it 3 star because the water and pools are beautiful. Food very overpriced and mediocre. If you make a reservation and don’t show up they will charge you a $440 no show up fee.

The Coral is very clean but quite dated. Doors don’t open or close smoothly, there are pieces of tile chipped in bathrooms, carpets are worn, and the pool chaises desperately need updated. Be aware, this particular tower draws ALOT of families with small, loud children. The walls are thin and it can be difficult to sleep or relax in your room with a screaming child next door. The desk, concierge, housekeeping staff were amazing, SO helpful, always smiling and greeting guests. Curbside staff a little too obviously hustling for tips, that can be annoying. But the property grounds were beautiful, well kept and there are maps everywhere and you will need them.

The hotel room was not as clean as it should have been. The bathroom and the bathtub were very old and stained. When you turned on the water, a foul smell came from the drain. Purified water was not provided , and upon arrival, they gave us bottles to get water and ice from designated areas. The mouth of the cups was narrow, so the ice couldn't fit in. The water tasted bad, and we had to pay five dollars for each small bottle of water we wanted to buy. If you are a family of three staying for five days, the cost of water alone is five hundred dollars. The weather is very hot, and you get thirsty frequently.

We didn’t like that they needed more food options. The restaurants were not open early in the morning and the only catered to American diners. We came to enjoy the Bahamas, which we did venture outside the facility and found other food.

Atlantis was amazing! Second time staying at The Coral and everything was great! We felt like we were in the perfect location for everything and the staff was just so helpful and super nice! Will definitely be back in the future!

We stayed at the Coral for 4 nights. The rooms were a little over priced for what you got. We did have a roach in our room (outside our room was lots of dirt and trees so that could be the reason) As side from that the facility and Aquaventure is amazing! So much to do and very fun. Casino and restaurants are great too. Overall we prefer the Royal Tower over Coral but it was a good stay.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our room attendant for our floor was amazing. Resort was full of activities both free and at cost. Some activities are a little overpriced for the amount of time you spend doing them, but still worth it. Water stations are all over the Resort to fill your water bottles that they provide. Highly recommend going.
