"We liked the location and was within walking distance to shopping and dining. It was older adobe structure which we liked. What we didn’t like was marginally safe electric outlets and main door locks. The outlets were poorly maintained and hung loose. The door locks need to be updated and strengthened. Another item that needs to be addressed is that the property was advertised as an efficiency there was no sink in the “kitchen” area. We had to haul water from the bathroom to wash dishes and...

"Fun and unique experience. I was visiting my son at UNM and this is a great location. There are several units - so we were a little confused as to which door to go through -- but the communication from the owner was clear and we figured it out."
