$75 early check in fee. The first night, the shower water was cold, I called the next morning & they worked on it. The water became luke warm & then hot the last night. Housekeeping was great.

The hotel was vastly different than the images on Expedia. The room was very dated and dirty. Phone, shower and safe did not work. Maintenance had to come to the room 2 times during the stay to fix things. Sheets and towels had blood spots. Blood also present on the wall near the toilet and bathroom light switch. Shower was in poor condition and had hair on the ceiling. Bed headboards were very worn and mattresses very loud with the slightest movement. Pictures of each taken.

The operators of this property clearly have profit maximization in mind. On-property amenities are at a bare minimum, and there there are definitely no "frills" in the room (one tiny bar of soap, tiny shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion). Water? Nah. The lobby coffee counter and lobby bar have vanishingly short hours. Also, the furniture in the common areas should have been replaced years ago. I sat on a leather chair and nearly went through. Finally, buyer beware: Despite what may pop up on-line, there is no gym or pool here. You are sent four blocks away to another hotel's dismal joke of a tiny, dirty gym. Bottom line: Location, location, location. That's really all you get at this property. If you are looking for a "full service" hotel, keep looking.

Location and property were fantastic! However, housekeeping was a bit off. We had just arrived and were changing clothes, and housekeeping let themselves into our room! No knock or anything....they just opened the door and proceeded to come in to look for something. Quite startling. The next morning we got a knock on our door at 6:30am from maintenance. They knocked until I answered the door (we were still sleeping), and said they were there to fix our shower door. They had the wrong room and had woken us up without apology. I did receive a call from the front desk to apologize after I shared the two incidents with them, but that was it. I thought maybe they would do something to compensate us for messing up twice, but nothing. The rest of our stay was fine and we had no other surprises from the staff.

Let’s begin with the negatives.. No mini fridge and the ice maker was broken on the 21st floor. The hotel staff were amazing. Lovely and helpful folks. Everyone from the gentlemen who helped ua with our bags, to the housekeeper were wonderful . They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and accommodate. A very good experience!
