The location of this hotel was fantastic! The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and modern. We loved having access to the third floor eatery and the staff was super nice. We got in late on Friday and grabbed a bite to eat at the burger joint in the hotel. It hit the spot! Our little one loved the stay too. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great property and extremely accommodating front desk professionals. I’d having rated all the service five stars because nearly everyone was excellent. But the service in the restaurant, especially at breakfast, was astonishingly bad. They seemed very understaffed for the Friday and Saturday I was there. Like as in waiters not wanting to make eye contact for fear you might ask for a second cup of coffee! An easy fix, though

The gentleman at the desk when we checked in was lovely. Gave us a free upgrade. Only wished we stayed longer as we loved our tower room. The faucet in the bathroom sink was placed at an awkward spot on the side of the sink. Water on the counter around it was an issue. The control wasn’t that easy to use. The shower floor got very slippery and the was nothing to hold on to. Wish there had been a drawer or two in the bathroom for cosmetics etc. The room was great size. Bed was comfortable.

A very comfortable hotel in a great location . Very simple chic modern decor yet very comfortable and relaxing ! All interactions from bell man to front desk were welcoming and sincerely expressed !! So nice to go through a stay without hearing my pleasure upon a response to an inquiry or as a follow up to me saying thank you . The lounge a bit disappointing for a single traveler as there is no proper bar seating at a bar . That as well as this past Sat. Evening the waiter spent in an empty lounge in conversation with a couple across from me with his back to me for twenty to twenty five minutes . Lounge was 10 percent seated . I am a fan of the brand
