Staff was nice. I reserved 2 queen beds. Got 1 queen, pull out couch, bunk. Adults would not be able to sleep on top bunk. Couch, according to our 12 year old, not comfy. Tub did not drain. Reported. Did not repair. 3 days of standing in shower water from our group. Did drain by evening. Does not offer secure luggage stay after check out. Bar/restaurant not open on checkout. They did russle up some coffee for us. Was convenient to what we were doing.

I did not like that the maids enter room with do not disturb sign on the door and move it to the inside to make it look like it wasn’t there, key fob deactivated an hour before check out time and they would not provide me a detailed printout of the charges for my stay.

My booking was months in advance for two queen beds. Upon arrival, the front desk said there was a change and I was getting a room with a king and a twin. When I got in the room the “twin” was a roll a way bed that was two feet off the ground squished by the exit door and bathroom door. I was still charged for two queens, not offered any compensation that my son was not in the big queen bed. The front desk didn’t welcome or thank you for your stay. The location is the best part of this hotel.

I will never stay at this hotel again. The air conditioning broke, they claimed maintenance will be right yp to fix it and they never came. Also our toilet broke and once again maintenance did not show up. It felt like we’re bothering them when we asked to fix the issues. The pictures look nothing like the lobby. Choose somewhere else!
