There is led mirror lights in bathrooms that can’t be turned off . I told that to front desk they apologize that it can’t be turned off gave me table cloths to cover the mirror didn’t help she said close the bathroom doors which is no help because bathroom doors are glass doors lights comes through the door! Second issue roome 209 ac thermostat is malfunctioning i set it to 73F heat in a while goes it self to 62F i woke up freezing cold multiple times set it back to 73F . it’s a new clean hotel with great staff but needs little attention. I don’t know if i would stay bavk in that hotel

I liked the location, close to Niagara Falls State Park and various restaurants. The staff was very nice, and I appreciated free access to hot water so I could make tea. I also liked the chaise lounge in our room. There were two things I did not like: 1) the pillows are all very big, too big for me. I would have appreciated a medium-sized pillow. 2) And my biggest gripe. Leaving the night light on in the bathroom, which we had to do, meant that a huge amount of light spilled into the room and made it hard for me to sleep. Usually a night light is less intrusive.

Everyone from the manager, to the front desk, to the wait staff and housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. Brand new hotel easily walkable to parks, attractions and dining. I highly recommend The Cambria Hotel in Niagara Falls.

New building. Lovely, clean modern rooms. Very large shower stall has a foot shelf for leg shaving! Fast elevators. Safe parking. The falls were easily walkable day and night. Near restaurants, bars, casino. Friendly front desk clerk at check in- and although she handled herself well and efficiently, she could have used back up as I was 5th in line and once i was done, there were seven behind me. Could not grant late check out but hotel lets you leave your vehicle until 2pm, which was great and very helpful.
