Hotel was quiet and clean with all basic facilities available. Like fridge, coffee maker, microwave, iron, hair dryer and complimentary coffee throughout the day. It was 10 minutes away from the falls which was convenient and very close to the start of the scenic parkway. Breakfast could have been better. Wifi did not work. The sofa bed was of cheap quality and not comfortable. Better to take room with 2 queen beds instead if there a more than two. Room did not have the extra bedding (had to ask) and the soap / shampoo in the bathroom had not been refilled. So the service or room prep needs improvement.

I have no words for this property, The room are smelly sheets were dirty And we noticed food from previous guests. Three times we had to climb the stairs up and down to the fourth floor because the elevator was not working. No, I usually don’t complain but it was ridiculous. I have to say some of the stuff were really nice. Didn’t put too much of a fuss because of the employees. The owner needs to do something about the place. See you guys on TikTok for the rest.

This hotel has become very run down - the lobby has an overwhelming smell of chlorine and egg (very unappealing). Elevator (there is only 1) sounds like it is going to break down at any minute and the rooms were not clean (no fault of the cleaning staff) just old and dirty.

Check in wasn’t friendly at all. Wifi is bad, we barely connected. Parking was full. We asked for additional 3 big towels as the room didn’t have enough, and it took us 30 mins to wait. And when towels were given, they were floor washroom towels. Very disappointed with service overall. Was not worth the $272 CAD/night I paid.

The location was close to the Falls (10minutes). Very close to shopping and restaurants, Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were sad that hot tub was closed but was not stated on the website.
