"Property was exactly as stated. Nice location. Older classic home with updates. Maria was right on and quick response on any questions we had. If 1 down fall was I didn't notice that beds were maybe just full size (a little small for my wife & I) & kitchen supplies are limited. Like no real coffee maker, paper products. I guess I say this because of other places we have stayed in the past."

"This is our second year in a row staying here. Pics are exactly what it looks like. Main floor bathroom only, no shower. However upstairs and downstairs full shower. Beds comfy. WIFI and cable great. Great location to downtown. Communication with owners excellent. If you forget something they have anything and everything you need, just like a hotel. We will be staying here again. "

"We were in town for my sons wedding and wanted a dog friendly place to stay. The Lodge was absolutely amazing and has so much charm! There were 11 adults and 3 dogs for the weekend. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was filled with everything we could have needed from coffee to shampoo. Highly recommend!!"

"What a great spot to stay - you won't be disappointed! Some colleagues and I stayed at this property during a business conference in Mankato - what a retreat to escape to at the end of the day! The hot tub is an wonderful treat, and the game room an excellent addition - three grown men spent way too much time playing games during our off hours! This property is clean and has everything you need, with close proximity to the University, restaurants and down tow. you can't miss with this one!"

"We came for a couple of hockey games and loved staying at this beautiful, cozy farmhouse. The hosts were welcoming and communicative, including recommending local restaurants. The beds are so soft and Lisa’s decorating makes you feel right at home. We had gorgeous fall weather so we spent a lot of time out on the deck with our morning coffee. The kitchen had what we needed and our hosts even left some welcoming snacks and great coffee. It is peaceful and quiet, yet only 15 minutes from downtown....

"This is a gorgeous property with beautiful views, thoughtfully designed and artfully executed. There is plenty of space for a large gathering - we were 17, including 8 kids ages 4 - 15. There are many different hang out areas, so you never feel like you are on top of one another. We cooked most days, and the kitchen was well supplied and functioned well. The basement is great, especially for kids and teens (and adults who want to play). We had some crazy ping pong games, learned country line...

"We stayed at this house while visiting Mankato for the weekend to see our daughter who goes to school there. There were 4 of us staying at the house, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location was fantastic and the house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The house exceeded our expectations and communication with the host was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again during future visits if it is available."
