"My family with 3 kids of ages 6month, four and seven years stayed for 6 days and loved it. Kids really enjoyed the pool and we were lucky with the weather. The house is spacious and new. All amenities you might need are there (grill, pool toys, sun beds with umbrellas, washer and dryer). The location is close to all the grocery and other stores. There is a playground for kids 7 min away by foot. We will be happy to come back."

"We stayed at this apartment during the second week of the Miami Open. The apartment itself is very nice - clean and well maintained. The host was great. We had train problems coming down, resulting in a very late arrival. All handled very graciously. The pool at the complex isn't mentioned in the description - really nice to have. The location was great for us - we split time between Hard Rock Stadium and South Beach. Highly recommended rental!"

"Royal’s property was an absolute paradise! It felt like a true vacation in our own hometown. It was the perfect place to celebrate my boyfriend’s 33rd birthday with a small group of friends. "The home is beautiful and was exactly where we needed it to be location wise with a trip to the Everglades and a baseball game at the Marlins stadium. If I could give the communication with the host 10 stars, I would! Very responsive immediately to just a few questions I had upon check-in. The backyard and the pool is incredibly secluded surrounded by palm trees. Overall highly recommend!"
