Again staff were able to get anything we wanted within reason. Checked out for one night at halong bay and came back for our last night to same hotel. "This was an excellent hotel with fabulous staff. The breakfast was included and was delicious with lots of options. I also got a massage in the spa and it was a great experience. I loved the size of our room and our balcony. I also loved the convenience of this hotel to the all the shopping and cultural items like the big lake and the temple. It was wonderful!"
