"(REAL REVIEW) The rooms were very clean, spacious, and quiet! The location is smack in the middle of the old quarter so it’s walking distance from everything you need. The staff was AMAZING. So helpful and super hospitable. They were so helpful when trying to book tours and giving us advice on where to shop/ walk around etc. They let us keep our bags at the hotel for free after check out. The managers Mary and Lukas were so kind, they helped us with our itinerary for another city! If I were to go back to Hanoi, I wouldn’t even look at any other hotel. Their breakfast was very good too! Honestly 10/10. Worth every penny! "

"Great location. Close to everything you would want to see or eat. Either direction from the hotel lobby takes you to great location. Sulli is very kind. Attentive and responsive. Amenities are as expected. Rooms a little small but comfortable. Worth coming back."

"Booked this on our 3 week Asia tour. This staff will go above and Beyond to make you feel welcome and be helpful while you are in the area. This is a smaller boutique hotel and the rooms may be a bit smaller and some US hotels however I think we balcony rooms are exceptionally cute The Breakfast was included with a nice selection and they cute Tiffany’s boutique and they are more than happy to schedule transportation to and from the airport on your arrival and departure. As Travler would highly recommend this hotel conveniently located in the center of it all Hanoi Old City. "
