"While there was an issue at check-in (no record of my free breakfast, and an additional $15/night fee which was more than the $12/night previously emailed), hotel management made it right. The staff and the service was fantastic, as was the food. The hotel is safe and the view from the room was fantastic! It was weird sharing a balcony with another room, but luckily we never saw or heard our neighbors. It's a lovely place, ESPECIALLY as an Expedia VIP member with the perks!"

Breakfast was top notch, lunch was modest but very enjoyable and the evening options were great. We were asked to tip for food and drink with the tips being charged back to the room. "An honest review from someone who doesn't usually go to All-Inclusive. We spent over Easter with three kids (7,5,4) and had a blast. The water slides were a huge hit; the beach was very nice, and kids played in the waves and boogie-boarded. "This resort was overall pretty good, a little dated and lots of stairs for rooms on upper floors as there was no elevators. Being close to the beach and having lots of options for kids made it a great place to spend a week. We enjoyed our stay."
