"This house really was perfect for our party of 10. There was lots of space to be together but also lots of space to be separate if you wanted. The issue I had was with the property manager not being responsive. The mattress’ were not comfortable and the master mattress was very squeaky."

It was nice to have items sich as ice chest, beach towels, etc. to ise ruring our stay. The beds are firm but we all slept like babies. We all agreed that we would definitely stay there again."

"This rental was comfortable and relaxing. We stayed here for a wedding. House was easy to get to. Close proximity to beach and amenities. I like that it was only a few stairs to get to the front door. The A/C worked great! Even supplied beach towels. Three suggestions for improvement: supply more wash clothes and hand towels, put in non-slip rugs, & I noticed some cob webs. We would come back here!!!"

"This house is in a great location for playing in the lake, close to the town of Groveland and a short drive to Yosemite. My family, including two teenagers, enjoyed the pool table and paddling in the canoe. We did get rain most of our stay which kept us indoors alot, but the house was comfortable for lounging around.
