Some of the staff could use a little bit more training on customer service, example giving out the information of the rooms and what comes with it, wifi password, what is complimentary and what is not. Parking is right across the hotel but and its $5.00 but at Midnight you have to go and pay for a new day, a little inconvenient but a lot better then paying 47 Dollars for valet. When I asked about parking the girl up front looked at me as if I was annoying her. But not all employee there were like her. Some actually give me an answer with a smile and did a great job filling me in with what is all accessible at the hotel.

I love this hotel. The staff was wonderful, everything is close by, the beach is next to the resort, the sister resort allows guests to enjoy their amenities. It was a very special occasion that week for me and my s.o and they went above and beyond to make everything wonderful and smooth. The street fair every Thursdays is great, there’s a stone brewery a few blocks away that was laid back and great. So many food options to choose from. Will definitely be staying there again. If you use the parking lot make sure to renew your pass at 12am my fiancé got a $60 parking ticket because we were too late. Other than that 11/10

Our fridge wasn't getting cold, we found out the next morning when our daughters milk was warm after spending all night in the fridge. Everything else otherwise was great. Pleasantly surprised by a real barbell and squat rack in the gym. Staff was very friendly and everything was super clean on arrival. Rooftop bar allows kids and dogs, we loved being able to relax and enjoy our drinks with our daughter
