Great Place
We truly enjoyed our time in this place. For someone staying for more than 3-4 days, make sure you purchase dish soap or dishwasher detergent, if you use any kitchen items. Also, keep in mind that it takes hours and hours and hours for the dryer to dry your clothes, even if you keep cleaning the air ventilator over and over.

The location is great! Convenient to all Disney parks. The resort is nice!! Great pool/hot tub/bar area (although the hot tubs were broke when we were there). Arcade, mini golf, volleyball and other things to do on the premise as well. Have been here twice, and will come again. My ONLY complaint is we had baby ants in the kitchen sink, upon arrival. They were there during our last stay as well. Didnā€™t cause any concern, as we didnā€™t cook while there.

Fantastic pool! Great location for parks
We had a great time and were especially impressed by the pool area and staff. Staff was friendly and responsive to questions 100% of the time. Pool area was really beautiful and lots of fun for everyone in our group. Condo itself was fine but maybe in need of an update! Furniture is not exactly comfy (although beds were great) and a few more provided things (extra toilet paper, dishwasher tabs) would've made things easier. But that was not a huge deal and was definitely communicated in the listing.

This was a very nice and clean place to stay. The resort amenities were great for adults and children, and location to all Disney and Universal parks was great and easy to navigate. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent place, good location
Location is very close to several activities and restaurants. Was a little out dated and there is a bug issue. It could use new beds and bedding and the carpets need cleaned. We had to make sure all food was off the counters. The air conditioner broke the first night, but they were quick to work on getting it fixed and it was fixed by the next evening. Staff was easy to communicate with. The water park was okay.

Everything was wonderful, Perfect location,Rental was very clean,Pool lazy river and water slides were great.Only one complaint about the pool bracelets they kept falling off and barely fit my husband.For a 75 dollar deposit on each one they should be made better.Other then that we would definitely be back.

Great resort for families
Our condo was very close to the main pool area which was very convenient. The staff and the variety of activities were great. Communication with management company was quick and helpful. The only negative I have is the need to pick up check-in procedures off-property even though there is a door code at the condo. We didn't arrive until after midnight so an additional stop was very inconvenient for tired travelers. Overall, very great resort that had everything we needed! We would stay again.

Good vacation stay
Basic rental condo, standard conveniences (dishwasher, W/D, wifi, cable, etc.) with onsite water slides and lazy river along with pools. Just note that the dryer required several cycles to get items dry. The bedrooms are right beside each other sharing a wall, so that might be an issue for some. There were beach towels in the master closet, so that was nice. The upstaris bathroom was a good size, but note that the downstairs shower is only a small stall with nowhere to put soap/shampoo/conditioner in the shower. Both bathrooms really need additional towel bars/hook/hangers as there is only 1 downstairs and 2 upstairs and none to hang a hand towel on near the sinks. As the listing states, they only supply 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, so bring or buy some. Also there are no paper towels, dish rag, or dish soap, so be prepared with your own. The resort offers free shuttle services to most of the major Orlando theme parks. Having to pick up/drop off wristbands at an offsite location was not convenient. Overall good vacation and would stay again.

Good enough for what we paid
Would prefer not to go thru a management company and pick up/drop off at an office, takes away the convenience of using Vrbo. Had to make an extra trip to get the wristbands for pool area, be sure you have those , property wonā€™t help you if you donā€™t. Would be nice if simple things like dish towels, paper towels,etc. were provided. Condo and resort were nice, pool area was great.

The home was well maintained and had everything we needed. The water park on the property was a bonus, especially on a hot day. The location was good to get to theme parks, grocery and the airport. The property managers were very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.
