Perfect vacation home
This house was perfect for our family, the house has everything you might need and more.. everything was super clean and plenty of towels and extra blankets if you need them.. the pool was huge and very clean, we have a son on the autism spectrum and the fence on the pool really made our life a little easier.. the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom were very clean. the host is very nice and it will respond to any issues right away..( not that you’re going to need it ) we loved our stay and the kids and grandparents loved the pool.. we’re definitely going to be booking again..

Fantastic vacation home.
The home is spacious and comes equipped all amenities. The pool was wonderful and relaxing. Close to shopping. We used 1 bedroom only and it was very comfortable. The host is available anytime and answers all your questions quickly. There was only 1 minor inconvenience, there was no garage remote control. Other than that, I fully recommend a stay in this holiday home. Close to Disney and Universal. Nicely situated between St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater and the other side Coco Beach & Cape Canaveral Space Ctr. Thank you for the opportunity for sharing your vacation home with us.

Great girls weekend
We had a great stay! The propery was clean and nicely put together. The pool was very relaxing, we didn't turn the heat on and had no issues with it being cold. We took uber to different places which wasn't bad. As an out of towner, just know the Orlando area traffic is wild! Overall, a great stay.

Close to activities; approximately 20-25 minutes to Disney possibly longer pending traffic.
Overall this home was nice. The communication with the owner was excellent. The cleanliness was a concern for my family, not terrible, but not exceptional. There is no keypad or garage door opener for the advertised 2 car garage parking. We paid for the heated pool, it felt chilly every time we swam, the owner controls the temperature and times heat is on, the heat was turned off at 7 PM, we wanted to swim at 8:30 PM and it was chilly. After that I requested to turn heat off for remainder of the trip and requested a refund, the owner was kind and refunded 1 day. Other homes I have stayed in have had condiments or seasonings left from previous users, this one had none, not even salt and pepper.

The property was located in a very nice, SAFE neighborhood. Shopping SO close. SO quiet. The house was beautifully furnished, EXTREMELY clean and all in all a terrific home away from home!!!! We will definitely book this beautiful home again!!!

Family vacation & golf in Davenport Florida
House and pool worked out perfect for my family of 6 people. Central location to lots of golf courses, shopping and restaurants..Excellent communication from Rohan the owner of the house. House was located in a nice neighborhood which was within walking distance to Highland Reserve golf course. I would highly recommend this house to others looking to stay for a vacation.

Just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay at this spotlessly clean, well equipped, lovely villa. Location is great, in a quiet street and only a 5-10 minute walk to Bery Town centre which was a real bonus. Communication with Rohan was really good and check in was seamless. We didn’t have any issues during our stay but I’m sure that Rohan would have been very helpful had we needed him. We had everything we needed and plenty space for us all. I don’t have anything negative to say and would highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Florida. Thanks Rohan and Zelin 😊

Beautiful villa and great stay
Overall the villa was perfect, unlike most villas this also included lots of little extras like toiletries and washing machine detergent so no need to bring with you or buy whilst your there which can be expensive. Villa was extremely clean, whoever cleans the villa is without doubt the best we have encountered on any previous stays in any villa over the past 12 years. Immaculate on the inside and the pool area was also spot on. All rooms were really good for a small or bigger sized family. Supermarket is right next door and we also took advantage of twister treat over the road! Rohan was great by sending an email and call on the day to check all was ok, and when we needed help he was there at 8am following and email at 7am, so as we all know it doesn’t get better than that. Overall the villa was perfect, but we would also use a different villa property managed by Rohan if this one wasn’t available. We would highly recommend this villa which was in a perfect location.

Amazing Vacation Home!
My toddler and I stayed here for a week, we loved every minute of the time spent at the house. It had everything we needed that we were looking for (I.e. high chair, pack n play, pool, privacy, darkening curtains, bathtub…). We couldn’t have asked for a better host, they were very responsive to any and all questions. We will definitely be looking forward to another stay here in the near future.

What a beauty!
We were in Florida for vacation and this house couldn't have been any better. It was absolutely perfect! Its close to stores and shopping. The house was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The pool was where we stayed most of the time. Rohan and Zelin were an absolute dream. They handled any and all of our questions. Super cool people. We will definitely be back again. It was a great vacation spot.

Great villa
This villa was perfect for us. It was clean, cool, large & the pool was a lovely size & depth. The location was great too, as on a quiet street & not too far from anything. Also we loved that you could walk to the local shop to get an ice cream. Rohan’s communications from booking to arrival were helpful. And Rohan was so kind allowing us to have a slightly later check out, which made all the difference to us before a long flight home. Overall we loved our stay in this villa & would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had a great experience at this home! Host was very understanding, easy to reach, and responded quickly! Home was clean and looked better than the pictures. Home was equipped with everything we needed, unlike most. Instructions were clear and everything was easy to operate. Location was a plus, grocery store across the street! Quiet neighborhood! I could gush about this property! It was clean, stocked with necessities, and the neighborhood was quiet. The outdoor pool was heated and clean. The beds were SO comfortable with sheets so soft. The kitchen came with utensils, appliances and plateware. All of us had a wonderful time. We would definitely recommend and book this property again. Thanks for opening your home to us!
