So much fun
Beautiful home with so much fun at every turn! Really nice movie theater (excellent surround sound and easy to use) and pool. Quiet neighborhood, close to Disney. Everything in working order in the home. Couldn't have had a better more fun time for our big family gathering!! There were a few hiccups along the way, and the owner was very communicative and helpful. Couldn't quite figure out the hot tub, but message the owner and I'm sure they'll address it.

There were 18 of us ranging from 6 months to 76 years. We had a wonderful time. Lots of things for the children to do in the home. They enjoyed the swimming pool. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels for the pool. Lots of family fun for all.

It was a fairytale!
Loved the Jabbas the hit house!! The themed rooms are Better than a Disney resort if you ask me, and I’m a Disney snob! First time ever renting on Vrbo I usually stay at the Polynesian or Beach club but we Traveled with kids/ infant/ grandparents so we needed more space. And boy did this house deliver! Super close to Disney and there was plenty of room and fun costumes for all sizes! The princess themed rooms are jaw dropping gorgeous my teen daughters loved them. And my young boys had a blast with the Star Wars theater and Harry Potter night bus / pirate ship rooms. No one wanted to leave lol! JanaLynn is super friendly and helpful should you have a question and house was spotless and had anything you could possibly need in The kitchen. Can’t wait to see her next Happily Ever playhouse!! Thanks again for a magical stay :)

Amazing House
This was an amazing place to stay. We have children from age 2-21 and everyone enjoyed themselves and had something to do. Jana was an amazing host and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. All of the kids from big to small enjoyed playing dress up in the amazing costumes. The house was immaculate and had everything you could think of to make vacation relaxing and enjoyable. Honestly, we could’ve spent more time at the house and less at the actual theme parks as it was just as big of a hit with the kids. We will most definitely be staying at their properties in the future.

Better than a Disney Resort !!!
This home was absolutely amazing. We were absolutely blown away. We went to 2 different parks while we were there but honestly we could have stayed there the entire time and had just as much fun. So many things from the costumes to dress up in to the movie room,game systems and the pool!The kitchen is amazing as well everything you could possibly need including a crock pot and the Disney themed waffle makers were a big hit with the grandchildren! There was 17 of us and not one person was bored and it was so big no one was on top of each other! And the cleanliness amazing!Also if you want to spend a day at the beach everything you need is there including a cart to haul all the stuff done to the beach!!! I highly recommend anyone to stay here!Better than the Disney resorts by far!!! We definitely will stay again and have told all of our friends!

We enjoyed our stay at your home. It was easy to get to all of the attractions. It was a big park hopping trip so we spent very little time in the home, but when we did, it was enjoyed by all. Only glitch was sporadic wifi.

Happily Ever After was awesome for our group of 14 for a tournament at the convention center. The boys loved the game room for chill out time after games. The pool was just perfect to chill of in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine. The king beds were so comfortable and allowed for great sleep. This house is over the top and you will not regret your decision to stay here. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and volleyball net were a plus. We would definitely consider staying here again next year.

AMAZING
This is the first time where the pictures (which were beautiful) didn’t do the property justice. The property was even better in person! Super clean and the attention to detail with theming was unbelievable. My girls stayed in different bedrooms throughout the stay. The movie theater was an excellent way to unwind after a tiring park day. The pool was immaculate but I would suggest a chaise lounge to kick your feet up. The beds were super comfortable! The dress up costume were a nice added touch! Would DEFINITELY book again! See you next summer!

We enjoyed this property very much. JanaLynn was attentive and responded promptly when small things came up. Our group enjoyed the fact that it was so close to the Disney parks that those who wanted to could come back for a rest and it only took minutes (even in traffic). We were happily ever after
This home had everything and more. It was close to all the attractions as well as shopping. It was very clean. The pool was such a bonus. We had a small group, so everyone had their own bathroom, which was also a plus. There was so much room in the home, whether you wanted privacy or wanted to hang with the group. I wound recommend this home to everyone and will certainly come back if we are planning a trip in the Orlando area.

BEST DISNEY EXPERIENCE EVER
this house was insane!!! there was so much thought out into each little detail of furniture and the rooms are just the coolest. my kids were overjoyed when they saw each bedroom and the movie theatre. way better than a disney hotel experience. outside is even cooler. the backyard is huge and there’s a giant patio and the pool and spa were nice and clean when we arrived. i liked that there was a fence made of bushes to give the backyard more privacy. the carriage was gorgeous, and so was the fountain. everything lit up when it got dark. janalynn was extremely kind and had great communication. she was very helpful and answered every question i asked. the house was thoroughly clean when my family arrived and everything was in perfect shape. the neighborhood felt safe and the neighbors were also nice. my kids didn’t even want to go anywhere because they loved the house so much! 10/10 experience and could not recommend it more to stay at this incredible disney home!

Got blamed for a dog we did not have then owner apologized. Hot tub and pool lights not working. Hot tub fixed 4 days after check in. Pool lights fixed night before we left. It was then operated through an app that we did not get access too.

Making core memories
We stayed at this house for our family vacation trip to Disney and it did not disappoint! All the kids had a blast with the costumes and toys and the adults enjoyed the relaxing time spent by the pool and in the theater. We had an issue with the pool temp being very warm at the beginning of our trip but the owner was easy to reach and had it fixed within 24 hours! Definitely would recommend this property and would rebook!

Such a great experience! The house was ready early to accommodate our early flight arrival and the host was very quick and helpful when we communicated with her. Better than advertised, if possible! Such a spacious dwelling…would be great for large groups!

My 9yo twin girls said the house was their favorite part of Disney and we did 3/4 parks. They loved the theatre and their Rapunzel room!! The costumes were also a HUGE hit for our entire group. Thank you for being a part of our memories and we look forward to visiting your other property next time!

Wonderful (big) family home and location for Disney!
We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and well appointed, the pool was warm, the rooms were AMAZING, there were plenty of sleeping areas and bathrooms to accommodate our large party, the home theater was spectacular (thanks for clear instructions), the kids had so much fun dressing up in the costumes and playing with the toys, and you can’t beat the location for the Disney parks and for other necessities (groceries, pharmacy, restaurants). No complaints from us! We would definitely stay here again.

Everyone, ages 3-70, enjoyed this Disney Themed Home! Everything we needed for meals, entertainment, and a beach day, was provided by this owner. The house location was quiet. The pool area, and backyard are a relaxing oasis! The location was convenient to airport, grocery stores, and Disney World. This home has everything, for everyone from costumes, to video games and movies. All 17 of us found the beds to be very comfortable! The owner and property manager were excellent. They communicated and responded immediately, with the few situations that came up. An excellent stay, creating fond memories forever!
